RACK1 and RACK2 levels differed significantly between the aged rat group and the other two age groups. No significant differences in RACK1 and RACK2 levels were found between young and middle-aged groups.* p < 0.02 compared to the middle-aged group, and * p < 0.05 compared to the young group for RACK1. * p < 0.02 compared to the young group; and * p < 0.05 compared to the middle-aged group for RACK2 (n = 4 for each group).
